Job Description:

- Organize the general management and administration of all activities of the

department, including the construction, implementation, control and improvement of

activities, processes and resources,... of the warehouse department.

- Organize the delivery and transportation of goods according to the delivery plan.

- Cooperate with the Human Resources Department to recruit and train staff members

of the department, they are in charge of. 

- Manage and assign tasks to each member of the department, guide and meet an

effective working environment for the whole warehouse system.

- Planning and implementing tasks such as repairing, expanding, renewing, installing

warehouse and warehouse system equipment to meet the company's standards.

- Organize the implementation of 5S work at the Warehouse.

- Organize and manage the warehouse of goods: manage quantity (import, export,

inventory) of the warehouse, perform import and export procedures, arrange, store and

preserve goods.

- Proactively solve related problems. Directly support employees of the logistics

department to solve difficult cases or problems at work that are beyond their ability to

handle (if any).

- Perform other arising tasks as directed by superiors and the Board of Directors.

     Requirements: 

- Graduated from college or university or higher.

- Experience from 01 - 02 years in the field of warehouse management

- Good use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel,...

- Have good communication skills

- Careful, honest, with a high sense of responsibility.

- Agile, know how to learn at work.

- Know how to arrange work reasonably, withstand the pressure of work.
