Job Description:
• This position will focus on transactional procurement; rate sheets update and contract
maintenance; supplier performance and compliance.
• Handling transactional sourcing activities for trucking, customs clearance, warehousing
services within Vietnam.
• Monitoring and controlling contracts (contract expiry/renewal), rate sheets (validity,
adjustment terms), vendor performance and compliance (vendor code of conduct,
annual performance).
• Onboarding new vendors (contract, internal system, internal process).
• Solving operational problems (vendor performance, capacity, ad-hoc requests).
• Maintaining vendor relationships.
• Cooperating closely with colleagues and stakeholders with a business partner mindset.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Economics, Foreign Trade or Transportation Economics.
• Fresh graduate/ 1 – 2 years experience in operation or procurement (trucking/ customs
clearance/ warehousing) is preferred.
• High sense of Integrity & Compliance.
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Good writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proactive and adaptable.
• Negotiation skills, total cost & cost component analysis, creative & logical thinking,
problem-solving, report writing.
