Job Description: 

- Update the weekly ETD/ETD of projects.

- Estimate the weekly tax payment. 

- Making customs clearance to release goods from Vietnam Port: Elevator, Spareparts,

JQPR goods, Missing parts.

- Booking vessel to pick up goods in term

- Working with PM to transfer goods from Port to Site, unloading goods at the Site.  

- Checking documents and pushing the factory to supply  importing documents (invoice,

packing, form E, form AK, CO,...)

- Finishing related importing documents on time.

- Working with the forwarder to deal with the best quotation in logistics/ transportation/

unloading fees at the Site

- Making payments to forwarder/suppliers

     Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in the field of Logistics.

- Experience in working with service agents for customs clearance.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Logistics/purchasing in the

field of M&E.

- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, ..)

- Good English (4 skills).

- Dynamic, good communication.

- High sense of responsibility at work.
