Job Description:
- Directing activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking of means of transport.
- Actively monitor and supervise the delivery/ receipt of goods according to the process
to ensure that the goods are delivered/ received according to the customer's request.
- Directly receive bookings from Sales, internal and external customers.
- Assist drivers in dealing with voucher problems.
- Update information for customers timely, accurate, making customers satisfied.
- Ensure compliance, attitude and discipline of drivers.
Requirements:
- Graduated from College/ University majoring in Transport/ or related major.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in the following positions: Transport coordinator
for transport companies that own vehicles, Logistics companies, Forwarders, Logistics
companies,...
- Have negotiation skills, learn quickly, be careful at work.
- English is an advantage.
