Job Description:
• Seeking new customers.
• Maintain and tighten relationships with existing and potential customers by meeting
face-to-face, via phone, email, etc.
• Understand the needs of customers, then introduce and provide services of the
company to customers.
• Calculate costs quickly and accurately to make quotes to send to customers.
• Negotiate and draft contracts with customers within their control.
• Resolve customer complaints within their control.
• Detect inconsistency of the current service, work process, or any other problem that
needs improvement at the company, especially within the Sales Department and present
it to the Sales Manager.
• Always self-improve professional knowledge and necessary skills as well as accumulate
experience to work more and more effectively, to achieve and exceed the
targets assigned by the company.
• In contacting customers, pay attention to collecting customer information and market
trends, demand trends related to the company's services and report to the person in
charge of the department.
• As a direct marketer, it is necessary to pay attention to building the company's brand,
providing high quality services to customers.
• Perform other duties of the company as assigned by the person in charge of the
department.
Job requirements:
Experience:
• No experience required, but must have passion for good communication and not be
afraid of collision.
• Experienced in building good relationships with shipping lines and airlines.
• Good conversational English.
• Good communication in Chinese (required for China route logistics sales position).
• Graduated from College/University majoring in business administration/international
business administration/Logistics/Import-Export.
Skill:
• Quick, concise and optimal problem solving skills;
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Skills in using specialized software, office operating systems.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, under pressure.
