Job Description:
- Lead and manage the sales team to implement business activities.
- Exploiting the market, looking for customers with logistics needs.
- Negotiate and finalize quotes and service contracts.
- Coordinate with the service department to deploy and take care of orders effectively.
- Improve the process of the system & work-related responsibilities.
- Building, nurturing and developing relationships with customers & partners.
- Participate in professional development programs, events and business networks.
- Consult, develop and implement policies and activities for effective business
development.
Requirements:
- Graduated from college, university or higher in logistics, international trade,
international business.
- Having passion, qualities and marketing and sales skills: communication, negotiation,
persuasion.
- Having the spirit & ability to manage, lead a team, take responsibility, innovate.
- Fluent in English or Chinese for text exchange and communication. Preferably with
more than 02 years of experience working in the import-export, logistics industry.
