• Learn and analyze market information for Logistics and Forwarding services.
• Searching for customers, introducing and selling the Company's services to customers.
• Consulting and resolving customer complaints within the scope of their control.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
• Implement direct marketing, brand promotion of the Company.
• Propose ideas to contribute business services to improve the quality of customer
service.
• Report and perform other tasks as assigned by Manager and Branch Director.
Candidate Requirements:
• College or higher degree in business administration, international trade, international
business, logistics, marketing, economics,...
• Having 6 months of experience in the position of air export, air freight,...
• Quick, honest, responsible, high collective spirit.
• Have good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and professional English.
