Job Description:
• Receive information and requests from customers.
• Being the main contact person with customers, building the working process between
the sales department and customers.
• Receive information from customers, prepare plans and coordinate with related
departments to ensure the process.
• Monitor the operation process and coordinate with related departments and update
the status of goods arriving to customers.
• Monitor and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the process is
implemented in a strict and timely manner according to the company's regulations.
• Report and follow up on customer service contract requirements.
• Work with departments to establish and define a clear process to resolve customer
inquiries to eliminate possible complaints.
• Perform related duties according to company regulations.
Requirements:
• University graduate in related majors.
• Preferably have at least 6 months - 1 year of experience or more in a similar position
(CS Staff, Document Staff) in the Logistics/ Forwarding/ Import-Export industry.
• Fresh graduates, majoring in Logistics can apply.
• Basic understanding of the types of services in the Logistics industry.
• Good communication, understanding of the characteristics of the customer service
profession.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Good English.
