Job Description:
1. Market Research
- Identify customers and customer characteristics: study each agent's strengths,
especially mastering the main customers of the agent.
- Identify the target agent
- Building customer data (Database), ensuring the fastest information delivery to each
agent. Update customer data on CRM
2. Competitor Research
3. Building a sales network:
- Building distribution channels.
- Building relationships with customers: maintaining good relations with agents
including managers and ticket sales staff, ensuring that agents prioritize selling
company's products to customers.
4. Ensure sales and run sales activities
- Make a weekly work plan: number of salescalls, agents,...
- Develop monthly/yearly marketing and advertising plans to achieve the set revenue.
- Ensure smooth information to agents and customers.
- Analyze and evaluate the sales results of the dealer system on a monthly/quarterly and
yearly basis. Develop policies to reward, encourage and create conditions for maximum
revenue growth for agents.
- Prepare weekly market report (report includes full images and relevant data).
- Monthly and quarterly performance reports for key agents.
Requirements:
- Graduated from College or above majoring in Shipping Economics, Economics or related fields (Priority in aviation, tourism)
- Experience: 1-2 years in similar positions
- Good conversational English.
- Have good negotiation, customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in office
- Having a certificate other than IATA is an advantage
