Job Descriptions:

- Develops international business and trucking. 

- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment

of company sales targets and profitability.

- Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Therefore, assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.

- Apply product knowledge to develop enhanced solutions for the customer improving

customer satisfaction while improving revenue/margins for our client's company.

- Work cohesively with all internal subject matter experts including Sales, Transportation

Management Center Operations, Supply Chain Excellence, and Finance.

- Develop and manage field support teams including staffing and workload planning.

- Develop field support strategies, measures, and performance.

- Provide new customer implementation support.

- Develop and manage corrective actions, continuous process improvement, and

standardized work processes.

- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships and gain their trust and respect.

- Negotiate with customers as new opportunities are identified, priced, negotiated, and

implemented.

- Develop saving opportunities for our clients and customers.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Director

     Requirements: 

- Graduated in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economics, and related fields.

- Master's degree MBA, logistics or related field preferred.

- 5 years or more of industry-related experience required.

- Strong candidate in international business (import, export, and forwarding) and

trucking.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the

organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

- Strong ability to work with others.

- Develop and deliver effective presentations.

- Effective leadership and command skills.

- Ability to lead/manage others' innovation management, managing and measuring

work while motivating others.

- Ability to build strong customer relationships with the ability to negotiate and drive for

results.

- Excellent command of English (4 skills).

- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
