Job description:
- Follow up, support the document department to reply to customer and agent mail.
- Taking care of customers and company agents to strengthen relationships.
- Exploiting and developing potential goods and other routes of current customers using
the company's services to provide package logistics solutions to customers.
- Check and compare input prices from shipping lines/co-loaders.
- Offer prices to customers and agents who are in need of the company's services.
- Report customer feedback.
- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirements:
- English communication.
