Job Description:
• Support/ represent Sales staff to work with customers, foreign agents such as:
introducing the company, offering rates & services of the company, making contracts,
negotiating contract terms if any.
• Send a booking request to the customer service department.
• Prepare quotations & work on the system for consignments being handled.
• Monitor consignments.
• Handle problems arising from shipments within the scope of work of sales.
• Update the customer’s situation sales staff.
• Report the situation of foreign agents to the Sales & Agency Director.
• Job details will be discussed during the interview.
Requirements:
• Candidates with experience are preferred.
• Have a sense of sociability, teamwork skills, carefulness, work under pressure.
• Be able to work under high pressure.
