Job Description:
- Track train arrivals and departures.
- Open the file, track the company's shipment documents.
- Check and compare relevant documents.
- Update booking daily to Head of Department.
- Reporting to the Head of Department.
- Make customs declaration documents for import and export: Submit VGM, SI, B/L,
debit, credit, AMS, AFR, Manifest, D/O, ....
- Required documents (if any)
- Track throughout the shipment until the goods arrive and deliver to the Customer,
update the shipment information to the Customer in a timely manner.
- Deployment of procedures, progress documents of shipments, coordinate with other
departments (Sales, Field, Accounting,...)
- Coordinating with Accounting to follow up customer payment and delivery according
to regulations.
- Update prices for agents and track results from agents.
Requirements:
- Confident, with good communication skills.
- Proficient in using VP applications (word, excel, internet...).
- Active, eager to learn, diligent.
- Sense of responsibility, gentleness, good team coordination.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience.
