Job Description:
- Declare the customs declaration on Vnaccs software for electronic components
(imported goods).
- Check HS code, check the code of imported and exported goods before declaring the
declaration.
- Send an email to the forwarder to check and complete the lot.
- Solve arising problems if any.
- Submit reports to superiors.
- You can contact customs to clear the declaration and check the goods when needed.
Requirements:
- Graduated from universities and colleges.
- At least 1 year experience in Customs declaration.
- Strong knowledge of logistics industry, understanding incoterms.
- Language skills: basic, good reading and writing.
- Experience working in a similar position (documentation officer, customs declaration
officer...)
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience working in a factory environment,
have experience in electronic product declaration, processing, and export processing.
